Your certificate may differ in color but will look similar to this
You Must enter the activation pin IN THE FORM BELOW and bring this certificate to with you to class
Submit this form to receive your code
(Please note we do assign each code based on the number of people you paid for. Please complete a separate booking for each person in your reservation so that we have the full legal names of everyone for certificates.)
Check Your Email To Retrieve Your PIN Code.
Enter the pin you received by email. Also, be sure to note you are using a gift certificate in the appropriate field. CLICK THE RED ARROW NEXT TO THE PIN OR THE CODE WILL NOT BE REGISTERED.
DO NOT MOVE FORWARD UNLESS THE BOX CONTAINING YOUR PIN HAS TURNED GREEN (SEE NEXT STEP). IF YOUR PIN DOES NOT WORK, PLEASE CALL US AT 844-426-7233 EXT. 2 FOR ASSISTANCE.
Fill out the ENTIRE registration page! Make sure you fill out all required information, and check all boxes, or it won't allow you to submit your booking.
**Bring your gift certificate to the class as proof of purchase, just in case we need to verify your payment. ** After you enter your PIN code (If Correctly Entered), it will show ZERO dollars due.
DO NOT MOVE FORWARD IF THE BOX CONTAINING YOUR PIN IS NOT GREEN AND THE TOTAL IS NOT ZERO.
